The problem with corner homes with garages is that you lose most if not all the backyard. While I love having a garage I’m not 100% I would give up a backyard for it. But then you get all the extra windows on a corner house.

This is the place opposite Fulton Park, prime location, 1910-ish Edwardian house, three family — kind a puzzling layout, definitely not as fancy or big a house as the 1880s ones nearby, but they started the ask at $1.2 million.
So – it went for the same as any other regular Bed Stuy house in a prime location in prime condition. Not the creme de la creme.
sold is sold. odds are they didnt get killed with a huge reduction. Recent sales have largely been where sellers got a pretty good price so chances are same deal here
You can always put a nice deck over the garage on a nice corner lot.
