Yeah, $580/s.f. for a tiny frame house and a tiny lot on a semi-industrial block near 4th Ave and southern edge of slope sure suggests a market in total freefall to me!!! Happy hunting and bottoms up, BHO! I’m 2.5 blocks away in the right direction and that price psf for my house would put me at or well over peak.
It’s a nice house and they got a nice price, better than most folks pedicted 6 months ago.
