Mopar, what are you talking about? What Brooklyn Paper article?
It is a bit odd that Corcoran doesn’t have the photos ready for its fancy-priced listing.
Gem, I assume Miss Muffet has given up commenting here because she’s decided to wait until her second child gets into school before buying and moving. So for now there’s nothing more to say.
I wonder if she still goes to view every listing in person.
19th Street house is utterly charmless.
Mopar – I am assuming Ms. Muffet finally found a house as she hasn’t been here in months, right?
I saw one of Degraw’s carbon copy neighbors a little while back. It has the smallest living-dining area imaginable
11th st has one interior pic showing the underside of the stairs and a banister in need of repair….I’m sold
Disappointing picks — bring out the shadow inventory!
But I was just noticing that as soon as Miss Muffet’s second child gets into her zoned school, Miss Muffet could move into a place like 11th St. It’s in her price range, and in Park Slope — just (I am guessing) not zoned for PS 132.
Because after Brooklyn Paper yesterday, who’d want to go to PS 103! (Or whatever the number was.)
Why no pix/floorplan for 8 St? Seems very $ for 3 stories (and not even that wide). Degraw is intriguing – what’s the area like?
19th Street house is tiny! – we drove past that house about a year and half ago when it was on the market then and we kept on driving – it’s on a weird stretch of 19th street that has a handful of houses and nothing else – also I think the 19th street house sits next to an ugly empty lot that isn’t being kept up at all
11th Street house looks interesting- it looks solid from the outside. I figure the inside is scary and needs a lot of updated/upgrades but the price isn’t bad considering the block and the exterior – it will prob go for for a 1million plus but not 1.15
