Open House Picks: Six Months Later

(The expression “getting laid” has always made me think of the smell of rotten eggs. I thought it was important for you and everyone to know this.)

“Fully free to waste all of my evening hours online since I am in a relationship.” Ha. That made me laugh.

I guess that’s the same with me. I don’t have to waste precious time “out drinking and getting laid.”

The Fillmore listing at 1.2 was drastically over priced given the condition of the house, and this was mentioned in posts at the time. The Spanish style house supposedly has roof issues (terra cotta needed replacing = $$$$$$), so I’m sure there was a lot of wiggle room with respect to the higher than average price (although it is a particularly large, renovated, and architecturally distinctive home).

The house on Ocean Pkway is in no-man’s land, not too mention a super busy street, and that’s a deal killer. The other house has been used as offices for decades and requires updating and remodeling. Plus, on Beverly Road, which is not a quiet street. Can understand why they haven’t sold. Neither is prime DP.

Where do you all go after like 5pm? Yes, yes, I know some of you have real jobs and go home to . .. . uh, families? But do you really not go on the computer in the evenings?

And are NONE of you night owls? I just don’t get it.

You all make me feel much more lonely than necessary.
