What’s wrong with the location of Cheever? I just financed a building on Cheever. I like that block a lot.
A friend owned the Cheever St house. Location has pros and cons, but house itself was really, really nice.
Actually it’s more 4/4 M4L; Maple St is in contract.
3 out of 4, bullish. until stuff looks CHEAP on its absolute basis, any sale carries some degree of “bull” value
