The Crown Heights place no longer seems so out of line to me. Less than $400 a foot, NOT including the basement, of course.

The listing price on the Crown Heights house six months ago was pure lunacy. I think they’ll have to drop the price another 50K before it sells.
According to PDE’s web site, 131 Milton is in contract (and has been so since 6/16 according to my database).
