CGar, the President Street house is a bad price for sellers, good price for buyers

Man, under 500k on the Bergen Street house. If it’s under contract, good luck to the person who has taken on that challenge. Didn’t seem like it was a good idea for the faint of heart when I saw it several weeks ago.
Beautiful original details on the parlor floor, though.

I, too, think the President Street house was a good price for the buyer. It sat on the market for a while, though.
Duplex under two rentals.
I didn’t see the house, but I remember reading the listing and walking by the house.
Just a note: the Crown Heights house is in contract according to the listing… 🙂
I visited the Clinton Hill house months ago. The reno is fine but not great. THe location is pretty bad. Very near the end of a dark street, practically next door to thh highway. There is a playground across the street, though.
Clinton Hill house is between Myrtle and Park, which means its kind of in the shadow of the BQE, which would explain the price. It looked pretty nicely renovated as I recall.
Am I missing something, or is that a good price (relatively speaking) for the President Street house?
Also, does anyone know where the Clinton Hill house is? It looks nice.
