Gee, I guess that MacDonough listing isn’t the one that fell down? (Since anything on that block would be at least a million.)
The economy is interesting… if someone was unemployed for 3 to 6 months, that used to be a major black mark on their resume. Not so much anymore. Same with real estate, I guess. Six months on the market used to be certain death, but not so much anymore.
I guess part of it is maybe realtors realized they don’t really do much for their pay anyway, so why not convince their clients that they might as well leave it listed for a year.
