we’ve seen 21 eggs hatch from hotd. i can’t recall more than one contract broken so far, though it’s true some are lingering *in contract* since the end of the summer and might be ripe candidates (just not these two).
my post in yesterday’s hotd has the latest available data, for your convenience.
Contracts get cancelled. You can’t cancel an ACRIS recording. Sale = Closing. Contract = ?. Let the eggs hatch first.
