The Washington listing is big thought, 25 by 75 ft house. Looks like it lacks a lot of historical detail, but has a lot of light. Not surprised as the price considering the size, though it is not my preferred block.
Is Washington below Myrtle really at 1.5? I wouldn’t think so. It’s depressing to see what is going for ridiculous prices these days.
Summer time is always slow. There is stuff out there but most are waiting for the fall to put it on the market.
77 st james place looks ok very basic but nice.

Agreed. There seems to be almost nothing out there. We bought a year ago, and since then prices have continued to go up and stock seems to be going down.
Is it just me, or is there nothing out there? I bought a year and a half ago and it was slim then.

The agent bought the house last year for $505,000 and made some improvements.
Under 1.5 in the Central Slope seems to be a thing of the past. Even the South Slope (ie, south of 9th), seems to be running over 1. Yowsa.
