And now all that’s left for sale is one of the penthouses. Regardless how you feel about Greenpoint or new condos, it’s hard not to get excited about these views—and the three private terraces. The interior finishes also look pretty nice as far as these things go. The 1,248-square-foot (interior) space comes with a price tag of $949,000. Any takers? GMAP
It looks like the master bedroom has amazing closet space. Plenty of room for your shoe collection, Floating World. But seriously, if there’s a college out there with dorm rooms like this, then I’m going back to school…fast!
There’s no coat closet. Where do you you put your spring, fall, rain, winter, dress and casual coats? A penthouse shouldn’t mean you have to live like college student in dorm.

as far as these things go? You mean contemporary design? Believe it or not, some people prefer it to traditional. I know shocking.
I’m really liking the kitchen, except for the marble backsplash.
