The four-unit development at 668 6th Avenue showed itself to the world last summer, and now its four spaces are up for rent. The building’s website has some noteworthy copy, including “Top 10 Reasons to Live in the ‘Slope” (#8: “There is more room to think”) and it says rents are running between $2,300 and $3,300.

  1. Greenwood General:
I was thinking the same thing about the top floor terrace – Also I bet the views of the cemetary are cool from up there – IDK I think it’s a cool building and good for rentals- yes the glass blocks are a bit 80’s but the finishes seem good for a rental and the outdoor space is a win!

  2. The site says that prospect park is known for keeping ‘secrets in the trees.’ Is that so, Silhouette Man?

I do like that the pictures display a Miami-Vice-Like reverence for the glass bricks.

Seems like the unit on top would actually be really cool because the set back and protected terrace.

  3. I actually like these apartments for rentals and the pricing isn’t too bad. It’s literally next to Southside Coffee – the only gripe I have is that the use of that scary “silhouette” man is freaking me out!

  4. Although I’m sure it looks just like every other new build in Brooklyn, I’m annoyed that I can’t seem to pull up a floorplan for any of the units. I click one and get a page that says “which one did you choose” and when I click on that, it just goes back to the list of availabilities. Anyone else experiencing that or is it just me?
