The developers of some Gowanus project you’ve probably never heard of called Third & Bond are reporting that their first buyer moved in yesterday, snow be damned, and that “we have a couple more closings this week yet and have sent out all of our 30 day letters.” More info to come next week, when the Third & Bond blog returns.
