the truth on 247 6th from the current tenant is that the two upper apartments are 1 bedrooms. While they are both in good shape, neither has a diswasher or w/d.
The owner’s duplex needs some serious updating, and the staircase could use some work (i.e. currently covered in linoleum.
Hey Minard:
I think Brownstoner doesn’t ban me because you say ridiculous, nasty crap too. Here are a couple good ones:

Step off the bozack Cobble.
That was fun
I am late to this discussion but I just want to say that 11217 is my least favorite poster. He has quite often attacked me for my opinions and attempted to insult me with phrases like “missing a chromosome” or “moron”. He is a nasty piece of work and makes this blog less enjoyable. I doubt very much he owns anything more substantial than a bicycle. I have implored Mr. B to ban him as I think he brings a disturbing, almost psychotic tone to brownstoner.com.
Why no mention of 154 St James? HOTD http://bstoner.wpengine.com/mte/mt-search.cgi?IncludeBlogs=6&search=154+st+james

The 6th Ave is not on a busy street. In fact, 6th Ave in Center Slope is prime Slope. Yes, I own there. I have a house on 6th between Garfield and 1st Street AND I recently rented an apartment on Craigslist to a nice, unmarried, well-recommended dual-income couple for $2700.
Antidope, let’s just hope he’s not posting from the cockpit of a Northwest Airlines jet!
