Last Units at 101 Bedford Now Leasing

The fourth and last building at 101 Bedford Avenue, a luxury complex designed by Karl Fischer, is now leasing. The units start at $2,450 for a studio and $4,725 for a two-bedroom. The first two buildings, which went on the market over the summer, are more than 95 percent rented and the third building, which opened in November, is now 70 percent rented, according to a press release. The buildings are located between North 11th and 12th Streets, across from McCarren Park, in Williamsburg.
