  1. I look everyday at BH real estate and haven’t seen this willow st listing. We bought our place near there after it was on the market for a week – so it does happen.

  2. 12:34 pm you have to realise that what is posted on this blog does not have to be anything resembling the truth. Brownstoner usually just repeats what the brokers tell him.

  3. about 529 court.. how was this on the market for only 20 weeks… it was not a resale right? and I looked at apartments in there in September 2005 when it was first built.. wasn’t this really on the market closer to 125 plus weeks?
