I live on the Prospect Place block, and all the units have been occupied since January.
The broker lived above me and has moved to California a while back.
So, how come its being reported as just sold now? If there really such a tremendous lag time by the time it’s reported?

that condo on prospect place should be less than what it was bought for.

457 Prospect Place was on the market for a lot longer than four weeks. I looked at one of those units back in June.
The Vue must lack bike storage or something. Almost everyone moving in is using their balconies to park their bikes. Seems like the condo board should get crackin’ on installing some bike racks…
