  1. I live on the Prospect Place block, and all the units have been occupied since January.
    The broker lived above me and has moved to California a while back.
    So, how come its being reported as just sold now? If there really such a tremendous lag time by the time it’s reported?

  2. The Vue must lack bike storage or something. Almost everyone moving in is using their balconies to park their bikes. Seems like the condo board should get crackin’ on installing some bike racks…
