6:45 – where are the floorplans? They are blocked on the Corcoran site. The common charges are certainly low.
RE 376 President… If you look at the floorplans, the 663SF includes the loft, and still appears a bit exaggerated.
Thank god there are no Park Slope listings here.
Thank you, Brownstoner!
but also it was a duplex no? so more usable sqf?
why two bathrooms in a smallish one bedroom condo?
$510,000 for a 600 square foot 1 bedroom on a mediocre block in Carroll Gardens seems CHEAP to you? In what reality? I think that the contract on that one must have been signed quite a while ago. 1 bedroom condos that size are currently on the market for significantly less, though there aren’t many condo comps in equivalent neighborhoods. Anyone know whether this one was particularly special?
re: Carroll Gardens- $800+ a sq. ft. doesn’t seem cheap to me.
I’m sure our weekly 3rd/Bond contributors glad to read that sale. (pretty nearby).
is that carroll gardens sale normal? it seems sort of cheap to me?
