The Co-Op at 210 Berkeley is from back in Spring or something, much longer ago than two months, because I watched the 2 BR co-op listings all through the Fall and there were only 2 on Berkeley listed during that time and this wasn’t one of them. These “just sold” items in NY Post are misleading because they are able to announce them after a closing. And a closing period can be up to 4 or 5 months long, after the offer was accepted and the contract was signed. That said, the other co-ops on Berkeley we were watching sold this Fall too, so it’s not all the doom and gloom some would have us believe.
