why are the maint in the building all over the place? from 400-800+? is it a deterrent being on ocean parkway for resale?
The apts at 100 ocean pkwy are huge! The building fronts a submerged section of the prospect park expressway so it’s a touch noisy, but only a block from the F train at Ft. Hamilton.
