47 Plaza is one of the snootier co-op in PS. The have a full time staff, including an elevator operator and a guy who picks up your garbage from outside the service entrance. i guess some people are more than happy to pay through the nose for those “services”.
Anyone else surprised to see the Clinton Hill property go for $33K more than ask? Must have really been underpriced, which turned out to be a good move for the seller.
$1999 a month maintenance and only 33% deductible? Wowza. My realtor had said the co-ops around the Park were no different than the snootier, expensive ones in Manhattan and boy was she not kidding.
