  1. That part of Midwood is at Flatbush Junction, next to the new Target mall and the last stop on the 2 train. Lots of apt. buildings and concrete there.

  2. I’m selling my 2 br in Windsor Terrace for quite a bit more (most are going for between 450 and 550K), so I did some investigating to see why the McDonald Avenue place sold for 325. First, it’s not on the park-side of WT. It’s also across the street from the cemetary. And it’s six blocks from the train. I still think it’s low. Maybe it’s in one of the larger coops and has limited light or something…

  3. something sounds funny here. why are both of these so reasonable. the housing market has dropped some but both of these properties seem very reasonable. what’s up?
