Sales haven’t actually started yet, but that doesn’t mean the branding campaign is on hold at the Isabella Condos. No pricing is available, but we were able to find out that the seven-story condominium located at 545 Washington Avenue in Clinton Hill will have a total of 63 apartments. (It’ll be a mix of studio, one, two and three bedrooms.) We’re also told that the interiors will be “clean” and “minimalist.” As for amenities, you’re looking at doormen, on-site parking, fitness center and a common roof deck. What do you predict the asking price per square foot will be here? Update: It turns out that Streeteasy has asking prices for six of the units; they range from $285,000 for a 465-square-foot studio to $980,000 for a 1,656-square-foot three-bedroom. More prices on the jump.

that studio looks like a great deal.
Whether condo or rental convert, the on-site parking makes this development very attractive.
many condo developers collect names prior to being able to actually market the building. this is a non-story.
snore.
Yeah 11:58, just relax. And send us in your $250,000 deposit check. Huh, you want to actually SEE the inside first? Trust us, it’s gorgeous. Now send us your check, dammit!
They look like college dorms. Eh…
Why collect names of “potential interested parties” when said parties have no clear idea what it is they are allegedly interested in?
More often than not -it is the commentors here that are the a**holes.
So, the website is not completely finished. At this point in marketing they are just getting names of potential interested parties. Big deal. I doubt the critics are interested in buying anyway.
Hope they don’t have kids. Am sure they would never do anything perfect enough.
agreed… lame website. i quit after the ‘life deserved’ fade out.
