The boiler, hot water tank, roof, and kitchens and bathrooms are all new. (And hopefully the electrical and plumbing too, although the listing doesn’t specify.) There are also plenty of original details, including doors, moldings and fireplaces.
The house is 18 by 45 feet and set up as an owner’s five-bedroom triplex over a one-bedroom rental. The lot is extra deep too at 129 feet.

I’ve seen smaller houses around there that needed a full gut job that went over 1.2M.
