House of the Day: 454 74th Street

This new listing on the Brownstoner Marketplace has a nice look and feel to it. The three-story limestone house at 454 74th Street was purchased last summer for $549,000 and is now nearing the end of a renovation. We’re digging the original floors in particular. It’ll be interesting to see whether the work will end up being worth more than $200,000 on the open market: The new asking price is $788,000.
