House of the Day: 416 Pacific Street

Clearly someone has put a lot of money into renovating this 22-foot-wide brownstone at 416 Pacific Street (after buying the 3,600-square-foot house for $1,350,000 in 2008) and much of it is very nice indeed, however all we can see when we look at the photos is the sea of recessed lighting that appears to be in just about every room in the house. Moving beyond that pet peeve, the bathrooms are very nicely renovated, as is the kitchen. Don’t love the yard though. The house is priced at $3,500,000. Think they can get it?
