394 6th Avenue was an Open House Pick back in November 2008 when it was on the market for $1,950,000. As far as we can tell, it never sold back then. The listing reappeared a year ago with an asking price of $1,775,000, according to StreetEast, before getting delisted and relisted again in November for $1,695,000. There was another hiatus over the winter, then it was on again for a month this spring before going off again. You following? Anyway, the two-family house has reappeared again with the same asking price. It’s an attractive house. At 16 feet, it’s a little skinny, but there are some nice original details, an attractive parlor-floor kitchen and a good location. Hopefully some eager buyer will put this schizophrenic listing out of its misery and buy it already!
