this place needs a lot of work, as in new mechanicals most likely, plumbing, kitchen/baths, serious replastering, repair of floors, and who knows what else. glad to see the price reduced, but it is still an absurd price for a very small house in bad condition across from a school and a busy intersection.

all baths and kitchen need complete replacement
busy intersection: tons of schoolchildren crossing, crossing guards, school buses, and generally lots of traffic on hoyt street. and i am not a “poor person” either, whatever you mean by that. perhaps you are a sucker who would pay 2 million + for this house, in which case by comparison i might be considered a “poor person.”
i live a block away. i have been to the open house. i am far from a disgruntled broker.
