kinda hard to tell if the price is right. broker fail for no floor plan. she takes all the effort of writing out the description of one – for goodness sakes go to floorplanner.com. So its 1440 square feet w/ potential to be 2160? so if you spend $50k reno’ing basement that would put you in at $350/sf.
even if the reno looks like 1985, you can move in. that’s a huge plus. close to park, but on Caton (Flatbush transverse). It is fringe but at least on paper seems priced reasonably. IOW, “worth a look”.
