Lots of built-in bookcases and gorgeous rugs don’t hurt either, though presumably the latter are not included in the sale. There’s also a nicely landscaped backyard with a bluestone patio.
It’s currently set up as a duplex over a duplex, and could also easily be converted into a triplex over a garden rental. There are no photos of kitchens or baths. What do you think of it and the ask of $3,575,000?
