This 1879 brownstone had its ground floor converted to retail use over 80 years ago. The two-family house is in a great location though, on Dekalb between Vanderbilt and Clinton. Judging from the surprisingly low asking price of $1,350,000 and lack of interior photos, we’re guessing that it’s going to require a significant investment to return it to a single-family home. Has anyone been inside here? Does the retail actually take up the bottom two floors?
