House of the Day: 23 Virginia Place

Here’s a change of pace: a recently renovated Crown Heights row house in move-in condition. The black and white treatment throughout the house and the crystal chandelier might feel just a touch too new and shiny, but that’s a nice problem to have and also easily remedied. We couldn’t find a floor plan, but going by the photos, it looks like the two-family is set up as an owner’s duplex over a garden rental. Do you like the kitchens and baths?
