We’ve been chronicling the fortunes of 2101 Albemarle Terrace since 2009, which is no surprise given its old-school architectural bona fides. The single-family brick house in the landmarked Flatbush enclave hit the market almost two years ago with an asking price of $819,000. In early 2010 the price was reduced to $749,000, but that wasn’t enough to get a deal done, and the listing was pulled in September. But now it’s back with a new-and-improved price tag of $698,000! The place is gorgeous so at some point here it’s gotta be looking like a good buy, right?
