opening up the wall to the staircase adds a lot of value (people pay for the open feel). this looks like a great house. i’m a little confused how the dining room is over the backyard below. also, kitchen island in the pic looks like is furniture and not permanent. however, i am impressed, price is high for 4 stories but maybe they’ll catch a richard meyer buyer on their way through the neighborhood.
