This tiny house in Gowanus has so much potential! If money were no object, we’d turn it back into a single family house. Only one and a half rooms deep and three stories high, the whole place is only 1,500 square feet, according to the listing. It has some cute details, and as far as we can tell, doesn’t seem to be in the updated FEMA flood plain area. Considering the size, though, do you think the ask of $995,000 is reasonable?

According to the floorplans, this place is closer to 1200sf, which makes the ask for this sad shack even more ridiculous.
