This brownstone at 103 Garfield Place in Park Slope just hit the market with an asking price of $1,900,000. We doubt they’ll get the asking price, but probably won’t miss by much. The most obvious challenge is the fact that the four-story house is completely devoid of architectural detail. Still, it’s almost 4,000 square feet of living space in a very desirable location, so that price can’t get too low.
