House of the Day: 304 11th Street
This new listing at 304 11th Street was an Open House Pick last week, but at that time there weren’t any photos up yet. Now there are. The three-story townhouse has lots of curb appeal and the interior definitely has some original charm to it. Unfortunately, it’s a little hard to evaluate the asking price of $1,150,000 without seeing photos of the kitchen or the parlor floor. Anyone been inside?

hate it,
“The inside and outside match! Never seen that before.” (mopar)
Ha!
The log in thing is a loser.
The inside and outside match! Never seen that before.
Real value, on the basis of size, location and work needed: $750-800,000. I am sure they will find someone to shell out more. Maybe not $1,150,000, but around $1,000,000.
Saw it. Photos deceiving – needs tons of work!
Went to the OH on Sunday and the house needs quite some work, not just cosmetic work, maybe not full gut reno but still quite intense.
One, what’s with Prudential’s gig of having to log in to see other listings? Is that odd or just me?
Two, I think there should be an adjusted square feet metric. Top floor rental on a narrow house means you don’t have a lot of, y’know, actual room when staircases are taken out of the equation. And then we debate $/psf when it should be $/ps[usable]sf
Why is the shiny floor in the peach room so bad? Or maybe it’s the yellowy-ness against that peach .. . . anyway.
