Here’s another one of those suburban-style stunners that you can only find to the south of Brownstone Brooklyn. This particular pad at 1062 84th Street in Dyker Heights has five bedrooms, a front lawn and an in-ground pool to brag about. It’s also got most of its original details intact. The only aspects of the house we’re not wild about are the kitchen and bathroom, but those are pretty easy to fix, especially if you’re the kind of person who can drop the asking price of $2,600,000 on a single-family house!

Ah. Syrian. OK.
If this is in the “right” partof Dyker Heights, it will get snatched up by a Syrian Jewish family for the asking price, if not higher.
There’s a virtual tour where you can see the finished basement was actually looks pretty decent.
The use of the word “mansion” in the listing seems rather generous.
Ditto, check to see if you accidentally looked up a street in Australia.
why is the google street view on the realtor’s website showing night-time views? how odd.
Is this one of those walk-to-shul jobbies? Or married to the mob? Or are prices just very, very high in Dyker Heights because of the excellent schools and close proximity to Manhattan?
Style and layout looks very similar to a teens house I saw on the PLG house tour last year.
Wow, for a house this big the kitchen looks like what you’d find in a rental. They should have at least repaired some of the cabinets before they took pictures.
That bathroom upstairs is a littler weird. Does that tub have a shower in it? If not, you’d have to go up to the third floor just to take a shower.
