This listing may be a beautiful brownstone on a very pretty block, but 328 Senator Street may have its work cut out for it with its asking price of $1,295,000. It’s rare that you see one of these three-story houses on the market around here for more than a million bucks. We get that this one’s in better shape than many, but still, it’s a tough ask for Bay Ridge, no? Also, the house was on the market last spring for a couple of months with Corcoran at around the same price and it did not sell.

  1. I wanted to leave a comment about the restaurant posted below but the link to comment caused an error.

I was just wonder about raw mussels. I’m curious how that’s done and if any commenter has tried it antwhere.

  2. If you can use the Gowanus HOV lane and then the Battery Tunnel, I’d belive 15 to 20 minutes by car during rush hour. You’re actually worse off on the weekend when all the highway construction is going on.

  3. You can’t really say it’s rare for 3-stories to get over a million. Sure it’s the case in Bay Ridge, but 3-stories in Prospect Heights and Park Slope almost never sell for less than a million.

  4. From where this house is you’ll be on wall street in 1/2 hour. My husband has to work there sometimes and he said it is just about that. We are hoping he gets transferred there!!!
