As long-time readers know, we’re suckers for a For Sale By Owner. So we were interested to see this attractive Center Slope brownstone in the Times classifieds. Located at 4th Street and Sixth Avenue, the 3-family house is listed for $1,695,000, which seems to be reasonable given the location. Unfortunately, there are limited photos of interior so we’ll offer the owner the chance to email us some more to post. There is thru traffic on 4th street between 6th and 5th avenues,however 4th st. is not a thru street between 5th ave. and 4th ave. which does tend to cut down on traffic.
West, between 5th and 6th.
