Looks like the owners are making the rounds of P.Slope brokers. I believe this place was also listed with Warren Lewis in Dec. for 830k.
Those interior photos are the exact same ones that were up in June. I remember this one, it has great dark wood details.
True, unless there was work done. The interior looks to be in pretty nice shape, don’t you think?
If this was overpriced 6 months ago it’s definitely overpriced now.
