The apartments range from one-bedrooms to three-bedroom duplexes, and each one comes with private outdoor space equipped with lights, outlets and running water.
Dena Driver of Stribling tells us the building’s second duplex rented last week for $6,395 a month — down from its initial ask of $7,995. The Cobble Hill conversion hit the market last summer with asking rents from $4,750 for a one-bedroom to $7,995 a month for a three-bedroom.
