What’s up with all the chinese/mexican combo restaurants that have popped up in the last few years?
This seems very strange. It appears the mortgage has been satisfied and only the taxes are not paid. The building doesnt seem like your typical “in trouble” foreclosure type building. I would doubt it makes it to the auction block will probably get postponed. The mortgage was 450K and seems to have been satisfied….hmmmm
