The house sold most recently back in 2004 for $400,000 and the owner is on the hook for $374,921. (The history of the trouble is here.) This house was previously scheduled for auction in March 2007, but it managed to dodge the bullet then. This auction is scheduled for tomorrow at 3 p.m. at Kings County Courthouse, Room 261, 360 Adams Street.
