I looked at the CH apartment back in January. I would not call it a two bedroom – let’s just say it has a unique layout that does not work – I’d call it a studio. Nice view though.

I agree this rental coverage is a great idea. The ongoing discussion of whether 1.2 or 1.3 is the fair price for a badly renovated house in PLG or BS can be a bit boring and rather esoteric for most people. Gives another take of the whole gentrifying movement.

Great idea for a regular feature, Mr.B. Not everyone is in the position to buy, and for many people who want to try out a neighborhood before buying, or while looking, this may be the ideal situation. All of the apartments have some good features and the prices are fair.
its got to be lewis ave because the posting says its 3 blocks from the utica ave stop and decatur and lewis would be 3 blocks away…
