Last we heard from 277 Washington Avenue in Clinton Hill, there was a top-floor one-bedroom was asking $375,000. The corner unit ended up getting its price at the end of last year. Now there’s another one-bedroom, this one on the third floor, looking for $370,000. The finishes look pretty similar, as are the maintenances ($612 versus $592). Given that the market is arguably stronger now, it seems like this should go pretty close to ask, no?

I walk by the Francine Towers (as they are called on their welcome mat) every day. They are in a wonderful section of Clinton Hill. If only I had the cash, I’d jump on this.
Nice sized kitchen. Probably good eastern morning light, west view into courtyard. Prices maybe on an upswing despite all the supply, a unit went 15% above their 2006 buy price last week in my bldg 2 blocks west.
