windows are crappy.
the apartment is a mess.
Layout is pretty good on this studio.
I suspect this broker put all her effort towards crafting her prose rather than staging a photo — “remarkable” how the closets appear “oversized” in such an undersized apartment.
does seem that brownstoner features Griffin apts pretty frequently.
Does this place have central air? I always wondered how you’d fit a regular AC in those lovely (but impractical for AC) windows.
I love the idea of this place for the light and location. Yesterday’s studio wins in the size department.
I’m guessing it goes for $255k.
location-wise, I like this one better but overall, yesterday might be better deal
They compare evenly. Both values are severely at risk of further collapse.
***Bid half off peak comps***
There’s plenty of staging you could do for a small studio. This is surprisingly badly done. Too bad — it should (could) look like a cute place.
