StreetEasy has listings up for the building that run from $2,100 for a one-bedroom up to $3,600 for a two-bedroom. Walked past it yesterday. Seemed that there was no curb cut on 5th Avenue for what appeared to be a street level parking lot.
Such a fugly building. Looks as if you will be living in a bunker. Yuck!
Doesn’t The Vue block the view?
Great location for stumbling home from Freddy’s.
