This 1,228-square-foot duplex is the most expensive listing we’ve seen to date at 970 Kent Avenue, the converted condo building on the Clinton Hill/Bed Stuy border. It lacks the open, lofty feel of some of the other units in the building, but it’s got some great outdoor space and appears to have been recently renovated. The ask on the apartment is $900,000, up from the $699,000 price is sold for in 2007. Think they’ll get it?
