It’ll be interesting to see how this 3,128-square-foot maisonette triplex listing for $1,795,000 at 939 Union Street fares. On the one hand, you could argue that it’ll satisfy neither townhouse buyers nor apartment seekers; on the other hand, you could argue that getting a family-sized property steps from Grand Army Plaza for under $600 a foot is a steal. Only time will tell!
